Dreamhubby specialises in second-hand, vintage and collectible model kits. Each product listing includes information about the condition of the kit and its packaging. Factory-sealed kits have not been opened, so their contents cannot be individually inspected. For opened kits, the product description will state whether the contents have been checked and whether the set is complete, where this information is available. Please review all product photographs and descriptions carefully before placing your order. Any visible wear, damage or other relevant condition details should be described in the listing.

Orders are processed after payment has been received. Products remain subject to availability until the order has been confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, Dreamhubby will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution.

Dreamhubby ships to the destinations available during checkout. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed before the order is completed. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances beyond our control. Customers should ensure that their shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if an item appears to be missing or different from the product ordered, please contact Dreamhubby as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available. We will review the matter and explain the next steps.
