1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from Dreamhubby online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, contact us within the withdrawal period and clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase..
2. Condition of returned model kits
Dreamhubby sells new, second-hand and vintage scale model kits. Product descriptions indicate the condition of each item, including whether the box is sealed or opened.
When handling a product, please take reasonable care of it. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If the value of an item is reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to claim compensation where permitted by law.
A sealed kit should be returned with its original packaging and seals intact where reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
3. How to request a return

Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions for the return.
4. Return shipping costs
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. We will inform you of any applicable return costs.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, please contact us so we can resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, as required by law.
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal time limits.
6. Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, is incomplete or differs from the product description. Include your order number and photographs where useful.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
